The tangy palate offers apricot and grapefruit alongside crisp acidity. Aromas evoking dried aromatic herb, Mediterranean scrub and yellow pear form the nose along with a whiff of smoke. On the linear palate, fresh acidity accompanies golden apple, hazelnut and a hint of honey.
