It measures 18 inches (Width), 13. 5 inches (Height), 4 inches (Depth) and a 11 inch strap drop. On the exterior resides an emblem featuring a poodle, the year the organization was founded, a yellow tea rose and the slogan "Greater Service, Greater Progress" that measures 7 inches in diameter.
