Paul John Pedro Ximenez Select Cask 48% Batch 01 70cl Felino cinnamon and walnutThis exotic Indian Single Malt from Paul John has been matured in hand picked Pedro Ximenez casks. The aromas from this single malt are of fig and sweet apricot with a little hint of ripe banana. On the palate there is tremendous flavours of sweet barley, creamy butterscotch and dry fruits like Christmas cake. The finish is exquisite and long with notes of chocolate fudge and wine drenched nuts. No age statement but approximately 8 years old we think.
