River NECKLACES I have used black knittedA coolie hat covered with white sequin fabric and dramatically spray painted interior. The hat was made with several layers of pink sinamay, spray painted in the interior and covered with sequin fabric in the exterior. To finalise hand sewn white and pink sequins have been added to the outside. Elastic secures it to the head, and soft tulle secure it under the chin. This piece is uniquely handmade for every customer and a head size will be required,
