LE MEURGER BOURGOGNE BLANC sub region_Valdadige Blend: 70% GarnachaYellow apples, crushed stones, fresh cream and a surprisingly clinging long finish makes this a welcome delight that punches well above its weight class. For me, this is great lunch wine. Not fancy but delicious. Put it up against preparations of similar simplicity: cold roasted chicken, chicken salad, fresh brie smashed on a baguette, pickled veggies and crudite.
